Cyber crises are common today and every company should be able to manage them as fast as possible, with acceptable losses and minimum reputational impact.

Based on academic research and real world examples, the workshop shows how a very good understanding of crises axioms and parameters, like time to respond or time to communicate, can build an optimum approach to withstand the "unbelievable" events with "expected" outcomes.

The workshop includes a cyber crisis simulation, linking theoretical knowledge to practice.
